Dr. Hussein Aref, President of the Global Development Fund, announced an agreement on mutual cooperation with the Department of Theoretical Problems (OTTI) — a state institution operating as a scientific research institute in the Russian Federation. This cooperation comes within the framework of strengthening joint scientific and developmental efforts, leveraging the expertise and research capabilities of the Department of Theoretical Problems as a specialized scientific research institution conducting theoretical and academic research to advance natural resources, technology, economy, and serve sustainable development goals. Both parties emphasized that this cooperation aims to consolidate efforts and support research and development projects and programs that serve mutual interests and contribute to economic and scientific development.
