Three SMART strategic goals for 2026 — 2030
The Fund's goals converge on a single philosophy: building an integrated system that brings together economics, technology, culture and humanitarian work through measurable, time-bound objectives.
01
Building an integrated economic and technological cooperation system
Signing 20 integrated cooperation agreements (covering investment, technology and training) with countries and organizations by 2030. Turning every technology project from the catalog into a national cooperation program in the host country, including knowledge transfer, workforce training and the establishment of joint research centers.
02
Strengthening cultural and humanitarian diplomacy
Organizing and delivering 5 major events (rallies, conferences, exhibitions) by 2028, combining economic, cultural and humanitarian objectives. Embedding the concept of diplomacy through projects, where technology initiatives and rallies become a means of bringing peoples together and preserving shared historical memory.
03
Developing human capital and building local capacities
Training and qualifying 500 young men and women from friendly countries in technology, management and entrepreneurship by 2030. Establishing an ecosystem of training and academic exchange that links Russian universities with counterparts in friendly countries, so that training becomes an integral part of every technology project.
