Launch of the international BRICS Rally on the BRICS GLOBAL platform

Moscow — The House of Nationalities in Moscow hosted a press conference organized by the organizing committee of the "Brix Rally" project, headed by Dr. Hussein Arif, President of the International Development Fund and CEO of the project, to announce the launch of the "Borders of Victory" and "Victory for Peace" international car races and rallies. These events are dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Allied victory in World War II and the founding of the United Nations. The press conference highlighted a pivotal step taken by Dr. Hussein Arif: his signing of the official document submitted to Russian President Vladimir Putin to obtain his approval for the launch of this strategic project. Following this step, Dr. Arif worked to develop the project's vision and expand its objectives, taking it from a regional to a global scope. This expansion has been widely accepted and welcomed by numerous countries and international partners. The conference also reviewed the strategic routes of the rally after its development: The "Borders of Victory" route: Starting from the Arabian Gulf region, passing through the Caucasus countries, the Volga basin, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and ending in Murmansk. The "Victory for Peace" route begins in Brest, Belarus, and travels through Russia, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia, before reaching China and Vladivostok. During the conference, Dr. Hussein Aref emphasized the importance of these technological and tourism caravans as a mobile platform for promoting cultural and diplomatic dialogue, supporting investments, and facilitating the transfer of modern technologies among participating countries. He stressed the project's role in building an international network of friendship based on innovation, peace, and sustainable development.
