Eng. Saeed Ali Al-Ali, Vice President of the Global Development Fund for Strategic Affairs and Institutional Development, announced today the official opening of the Fund’s website gdfru.org as an Arabic–Russian–English platform for economic, technological, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Russia and the Global South.

The Vice President said the platform is open today to companies, institutions, public bodies and partners to review the Fund’s identity and programmes and to request its services, within the 2026–2030 strategy and the ambassador and member network worldwide.

What the website offers

  • The Fund and its vision: identity, governance, and goals through 2030.
  • Programmes: specialised programmes under the Fund, including BRICS Global and reconstruction and development initiatives.
  • Members and ambassadors directory: partner figures and institutions across countries.
  • News and events: visits, agreements and conferences.
  • Request a service or partnership: a direct path via the contact page.

Professional services available through the platform

Interested parties may request the professional suite from the services page, including:

  • Market-entry consulting: opportunity assessment, local partners and regulatory requirements in member and target countries.
  • Investment brokerage: connecting investors with ready projects and supporting negotiations through to closing.
  • Technology localization and transfer: turning catalog projects into national programmes with training and joint manufacturing.
  • Agreements and MoUs: drafting and following through on cross-border cooperation frameworks.
  • Cross-border legal support: contracts, compliance and joint-entity structuring.
  • Feasibility studies and templates: bespoke studies and downloadable starting templates.
  • Delegations, exhibitions and conferences: business visits and sector meetings.
  • Leadership and institutional enablement: programmes based on the Fund’s systems-building methodologies.

Clear cooperation packages are also available — market entry, tech localization, strategic partnership and institutional membership — and can be requested according to need.
