The Yaroslavl State Technical University's sports and technical team was officially launched to participate in Formula BRICS races, with strategic support from the International Development Fund, headed by Dr. Hussein Arif, and the Russian Association of Inventors and Innovators (VOIR). The project included the provision of 21 Formula Master racing cars to support technical training and engineering development. The initiative extended an open invitation to higher education institutions and technical universities in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and African nations to join this direct academic and sporting endeavor. The aim is to establish an international network for technical cooperation, enabling students to exchange engineering expertise and compete on the global stage, all within a celebratory and interactive atmosphere that combines educational and cultural exchange.
