Founding Conference of BRICS GLOBAL Network & International Development Fund

BRICS Global Tech Rally: A Mobile Platform to Enhance Technological and Cultural Partnerships between BRICS+ and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) The BRICS Global organization, in collaboration with the International Development Fund (IDF), is preparing to launch its premier investment and technology event, the BRICS Global Tech Rally. Both the organization and the rally are programs and initiatives established through the efforts and initiative of Dr. Hussein Jafar, President of the IDF and CEO of the project, with broad participation from business leaders, diplomats, and representatives of international organizations. The project represents an innovative technology and tourism caravan that travels annually through several BRICS and partner countries, establishing a new model for development based on innovation and mutual trust. Key Themes and Activities of the Initiative * Innovation Labs and Mobile Exhibitions: Showcasing the latest cutting-edge and innovative technologies in the fields of energy, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, electric transportation, and drones. * Business and Diplomacy Forums: Organizing high-level sessions that bring together government officials and business leaders to discuss economic integration, trade in national currencies, and facilitating private sector investment. * Supporting Talented Youth and Innovation: Launching incubators and growth centers for startups, organizing hackathons, and establishing educational centers to develop the skills of emerging innovators. * Cultural and Sporting Exchange: Organizing cultural festivals, artistic performances, and sporting competitions alongside the rally to promote intercultural dialogue. Stage One Route and Strategic Partners The first stage of the rally will cover a 500 km route connecting Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Muscat (Sultanate of Oman). The project enjoys broad official and logistical support from prominent institutions, most notably the Oman Automobile Association and the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology in the Sultanate of Oman, in addition to support from the Kuwait House for National Business and letters of support from prestigious Russian entities such as the Union of Automobile Manufacturers and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (an official letter of support for the international Rally Prix project has been received). Strengthening Relations Between Neighboring Countries: Reviving and strengthening technical, industrial, commercial, and historical ties between neighboring countries through the technology caravan, aiming to create an international network of friendships that promotes global peace. One of the primary objectives is to strengthen relations between neighboring countries: reviving and reinforcing technical, industrial, commercial, and historical ties between these countries through the Technology Caravan, aiming to establish an international network of friendships that promotes global peace. To stimulate trade: developing trade systems and activities between partner countries to enhance economic and inter-regional cooperation. To promote balanced development and investment marketing: highlighting cities and promoting their investment and tourism opportunities, particularly by bridging the development gap between developed and less developed cities. The project also offers strategic partnership and sponsorship packages ranging from platinum to gold and silver, providing an exceptional platform for companies to access new markets and expand in the Middle East and BRICS+ countries. An international route is selected: the rally route is chosen and determined based on approvals and elections involving Arab and African countries, as well as Russia (the project's media launch took place in the Sultanate of Oman). As part of expanding the strategic partnerships of the international "BRICS Global Technology Rally" project, a number of significant agreements were signed with several countries and major entities, most notably the tangible support and cooperation from prominent members of the ruling family of Kuwait, to bolster and enhance the objectives of this promising project. This step underscores the commitment of the participating parties to strengthening technological and investment integration, and to supporting the technological initiative on its path aimed at establishing sustainable development and strengthening ties of friendship and trade between the countries of the region and the international community.
